FULL DAY ATHENS CITY TOUR & NEW ACROPOLIS MUSEUM

Pick up from your Hotel and start our Athens City Tour from the Building of the Parliament and the Guards at the Uknown Soldier’s Tomb. We continue and stop at the University of Athens, the Academy and the Library and next at the Presidential Residence (Ex-King Residence) with the traditional Presidential Guards. We can make a short stop at the Panathinaiko Stadium (where the first Olympic Games took place in 1896) and at the Temple of Zeus. 

Our next stop will be at the highest point of Athens city, that is Lycabettus Hill, and you will visit the top of this hill with the Cable Car, that climbs the hill from inside! Afterwards we will visit one of the most famous sites of the world, the Acropolis and the Parthenon, and after that the recently awarded New Museum of the Acropolis. 

You can stroll around the wonderful traditional area of Plaka (a few meters away from Acropolis Museum) and you may have a coffee break or light lunch there before we transfer you back at your hotel. (approx. 8 - 9 hours tour)
